THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ with yourchoice™ Options
THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ design allows a telemetry transmitter to be worn in different configurations. Starting with our pouch and combined with yourchoice™ Options, patients can wear their telemetry transmitter however is most comfortable for them:
- In gown pocket
- Attached to gown with badge clip
- Worn around neck via Velcro® foam strap
- Worn around neck via anti-microbial lanyard
THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ is custom designed and fit to each brand and model of telemetry transmitter to reduce the bulk of the pouch and transmitter the patient wears:
- Each bag is custom die cut for specific leads, creating a watertight seal
- 5-lead and 6-lead pouches are custom fit to the transmitter
- When using an SpO2 interface, the bag has a cutout for the interface
- When used without an SpO2 interface cable, the bag keeps interface ports fully covered
- Floats when dropped in water while containing a telemetry transmitter
- Increases return on telemetry transmitter investment

THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ decreases the possibility of fluid intrusion — whether from a battery door that isn’t closed completely, uncovered interface ports, or lead sets that leave ports open — and prevents solid matter from getting into seams and bulkheads (the sockets for patient leads).

Components: THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ (with or without SpO2 cutout)
- Insert telemetry transmitter with leads end first
- Make sure the cutout for leads is over the leads plug (the label is on the front of the transmitter for most transmitters)
- Plug in leads to transmitter
- Place THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ into gown pocket
Clip On Gown
Components: THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ (with or without SpO2 cutout), hang tab, badge clip
- Insert telemetry transmitter with leads end first
- Make sure the cutout for leads is over the leads plug
- Plug in leads to transmitter
- Peel hang tab from backing and stick on the back of the transmitter bag, opposite the zip seal
- Hook clip through hang tab
Velcro® Foam Strap
Components: THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ (with or without SpO2 cutout), Velcro® foam strap with secure adhesive hooks
- Insert telemetry transmitter with leads end first
- Make sure the cutout for leads is over the leads plug
- Plug in leads to transmitter
- Peel backing from Velcro® tabs and stick to each side of the transmitter
Anti-Microbial Lanyard
Components: THE TELEMETRY POUCH™ (with or without SpO2 cutout), hang tab, anti-microbial breakaway lanyard
- Insert telemetry transmitter with leads end first
- Make sure the cutout for leads is over the leads plug
- Plug in leads to transmitter
- Peel hang tab from backing and stick on the back of the transmitter bag, opposite the zip seal
- Hook lanyard clip through hang tab
